D O G W O O D S
I had seen white dogwoods, but I had never seen these pink ones before.  I was riding my bike home from work spring one day in San Jose, and I passed by two delicate trees. I stopped and looked more closely - amazed at these beautiful flowers.   The petals fold in half lengthwise and curl in when the flowers close... it is just breathtaking.
