A S S O R T E D  B I R D S
Megan and I were visiting Mom's place in Anaheim.  Mom and Doug are big hummingbird fans and they have feeders and flowers to attract them. We were watching the birds from the kitchen window. I had to reset the light meter for this shot due to the backlighting. Once set, I had to leave the room for a moment. I told Megan to hit the shutter if the hummingbird came back, and she did. After waiting forever for a dragonfly to land so I could photograph it, I heard something land in the water behind me.  I turned to see this Great Blue Heron (Los Gatos Creek).
