Renée was born in the Los Angeles area in the late 1960's, and has been taking photographs since high school. She holds an AA degree in Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, and a BA in Sociology from San Jose State University. She currently resides in the Los Angeles area (Chatsworth) with her daughter Emily.
